So here is where you nominate!

Nominating Rules

Right so you want to nominate photographer to be on the Featured Photo? Well we are very happy that you think this person deserves to have their photo immortalised on mainstreet, but first we must ask you to follow a few ground rules:

1. You cannot nominate your own photograph or use multiple accounts to nominate yourself. If caught doing so there are Severe Consequences as it is kind of selfish of yourself if you think about it. But you can ask a friend to nominate you. But that's kind of pathetic, don't you think? ^_^

2. The photo must follow the uploading art rules. This especially includes the rules regarding copyrighted material.

3. The image must appear on Photo Heddate, by an Photo Heddate Photographer.

4. Make sure you're nominating a specific photo, not the photographer in general. Be specific in your description on why you think it should be nominated so that when the photo is considered, we know exactly which one you mean.


5. While there's nothing against nominating an photographer twice, please keep in mind that we like to give everyone a chance, and if you are nominating an photographer after they've already been featured and/or nominated a first time, they will not be considered for a very long time. It's easier on us all if you just don't nominate someone twice, though. ^_^

6. The photo must be in the house of the nominee, this includes the photo's they keep in wiki galleries, not the person nominating the picture.

7. Each nomination must include the following information:

Nominee: The house name of the nominated artist
Nominator: That's you.
Link: A link to the photo is always helpful.
Info: Detailed description and the reason you are nominating this picture, as well as any additional information that would help in writing the official description. (A good, solid reason is very important! Don't tell me that you're nominating it "because it's pretty" or "they're a cool person." Not going to going to go down to well.)

8. If you have nominated a photo or are a nominee waiting in queue, please be patient! Pestering the Featured Photo Bosses about when you'll show up will only upset them and make them consider removing you from queue. If we've told you'd be up, you will be. Just not immediately.
