Heddate Photo can delete or ban anyone and their images without warning, but the members themselves, not Heddate Photo, are responsible for their actions. Talk to each other first and only contact the Heddate Photo crew if someone breaks the only truly important rule on this site:

Should Heddate Photo send an email to you when you have a message or something you watch has been updated?	No. Heddate Photo will still send you one email if something you watch is updated and you haven't been active for one month and then a reminder email is sent a year later, but then never more unless you log into Heddate Photo again. Yes. And only one update email for the first update, and only if you haven't been active on Heddate Photo for 36 hours. Yes. And one update email for the first update and a reminder 7 days later. Yes. And update emails every time you get new updates.
